I am...no one. Just like the Nemo in my book. (Nemo is Latin for no one, by the way; I always thought it a fitting name for a group of mercenaries.)

I wrote this book on my own, and self-published it on my own, in my spare time. I created this website as well. I am not a full time writer...this is my hobby. I am not backed by any corporation, publisher, or press agent.

If you care to know more about me personally, I will tell you these things.

I was born in a small town in the Rocky Mountains. I grew up playing a lot of sports and spending time in the mountains, hunting and fishing. I went to college for a few years, but got bored with it, then quit and joined the military in 1993. I was a Navy Corpsman, trained as a combat medic, (Petty Officer, 3rd class), and served with 2nd Marine Division, 2nd FSSG, 2nd Med Battalion, Bravo Company, at Camp Lejeune.  

When I got out, I came back home and have worked a wider variety of jobs than anyone else I know. The things I have been paid to do include: waiter, bus mechanic, UPS delivery driver, hunting guide, farrier, roofer, theatre managing director, actor, groundskeeper, carpenter, house framer, furniture mover, delibery driver of explosives and welding supplies, janitor, optician, furniture salesman, insurance salesman, English tutor, and horse wrangler, to name a few.

I am thoroughly blue collar, all the way, and proud of it. I have two older sons.

I am a Christian, as are my sons. My faith is important to me, and is reflected in my work. While I do not use my writing to preach to others, it does reflect my values.
